FLEUR de sel & saffron
Delicate fleur de sel and carefully selected saffron meet an exceptional dark chocolate in one of the defining expressions of the Permanent Collection. Hand-harvested fleur de sel gently brightens the chocolate, while saffron reveals subtle floral warmth and quiet complexity with an unusually long finish. Rather than competing for attention, each ingredient exists in careful balance, allowing the character of the chocolate to remain at the centre of the experience. Handcrafted in small batches and finished with naturally coloured cocoa butter, Expression II reflects Royal Campden's belief that remarkable ingredients require little embellishment when chosen with care.
